The conference will be held in the central business district of Brisbane, Queensland, at Royal on the Park, and is designed to cater for up to 200 delegates.

• Deluxe rooms, situated facing either Brisbane CBD views, or looking over the picturesque Brisbane City Botanic Gardens.
• Spa suites enjoy both views, situated at one end of the hotel. They feature a separate dining and lounge room and private bedroom.
• A junior suite enjoys a double panorama of the adjacent gardens, and offers the same features of the Spa suites, but with a walk-in wardrobe instead of a spa room.
• Executive suites, located on the top floor, have uninterrupted views of the gardens and Kangaroo point precinct.
